The Spanish Interior Ministry has said nine police officers and two Civil Guard officers have been injured during the effort to stop the referendum. They also posted a video showing how police members quickly leave as protesters throw stones at them.
At least 337 voters have been injured at polling stations throughout Catalonia during the referendum to gain independence from Spain. The news was made known by Barcelona's governmental authority. /Zeri
