According to ATK, at this meeting which is not the first to be held in this format, the Tax Administration has asked the representatives of the fortune games to respect all legal requirements, which are legally binding for the Fate Games, as well as administrative guidance.
Likewise, ATK has confirmed once again that in time it will support and address all the demands of these subjects addressed to ATK for organising the games of fate to conform to legal provisions in force.
The Fate Games Directorate during 2017 has had strict monitoring on all subjects of the game of fate throughout the territory of Kosovo.
“over this year's January-September period has closed 130 subjects, where, for 11 cases, the procedure for initiating criminal charges has begun. As a result of finds from the terrain, 373 fines worth 903 -- 250 euros” -- have been issued, said the ATK communiqué.
