The Court of Appeals has rejected Uke Rugova's defence request for rejecting the indictment against him and 19 other indictees suspected of illegally granting Italian visas in exchange for payment.

“on August 22, 2017, the Court of Appeals by means of a college consisting of 2 international judges and a local one, has reviewed complaints filed in the case of 20 defendants with various indictments for a number of works like organised Krim (Works in the Organised Criminal Group), in opposition to Article 283, paragraph 1 of KPK, in connection with the criminal works of immigrants, against Article 170, paragraph 1KP and the criminal work with counterfeiting Migrants (Document), the 170th paragraph, and the number of alleged armed charges, the 374th KKK, the 364th owner, or the 364th owner, the 364th S.
Seventeen defendants have filed complaints against Pristina Constitutional Court Court Act PKR 3/05/2016 of March 27, 2017, through which the defence requirements were rejected to reject the indictment, as well as their objections to the evidence.
