Apostolova exposes Thaci for Special: No connection to visa liberalisation

EU chief Natalia Apostolova has met with PDK parliamentary group chief Memli Krasniqi and the three commission heads this party leads. Krasniqi said the European agenda for them as a party is a priority. While Apostolova said their presence today shows they are committed to helping Kosovo on the European road. [...]
While Apostolova said their presence today shows they are committed to helping Kosovo on the European road. She stressed that this week for her is law enforcement. Apostolova said losing three months to founding institutions has been a major loss in fulfilling the European agenda.
The EU chief added that the key document on which the co-operation will be built is the SAA. Apostolova said they are realistic and the way will be with obstacles and that Kosovo will face obstacles.
It has called on Parliament to approve the bills despite the parties' campaign until it has extended the same invitation to the opposition because it has to be constructive.
Commission for European Integration Chairman Blerta Deliu said the commission agenda will be the legislative and government agenda for the European agenda. Deliu said law enforcement will also be their priority. It promises they will meet any criteria that represent Kosovo in the European agenda.
Economic Development Commission Chairman Sala Berisha-Shala said that citizens are frustrated because of the lack of free movement and the ghettoisation they are being given, as long as they are obliged to meet the criteria. She asked the EU to help her perform tasks.
Commission for Public Administration Chairman, Local Powers and Media Nat Hasani said EU conditions for liberalisation are special, demarcation and corruption because corruption is a permanent matter.
Hasani added that the EU has given Ukraine liberalisation at war with Russia until Kosovo is stable. While it has called the pressure on the country's leaders by the EU unacceptable for the special approval which, according to him, is unilateral.
EU chief Apostolova said some reforms have been delayed. It presented concern with the large number of independent agencies and the selection of their nepotism boards. For visa liberalisation, she stressed that they are here with both conditions, including fighting corruption and demarcation. She did not want to argue with Hasan, said that there is no connection between special work and visa liberalisation, nor with the establishment of the military. Apostolova said they have to leave these disputes and let the Special do his job.
But Hasani asked Apostolova why the demarcation condition for liberalisation has been imposed on Kosovo alone. Under him what other condition the EU will be when Kosovo makes the demarcation with Serbia.
Hasan called it a political condition of demarcation.
According to Hasani, the EU does not even recognise Kosovo as a citizen state, but as a state of Albanians and Serbs.
Apostolova again took word that demarcation is not the political criterion determined to keep Kosovo out of liberalisation, but has been technical. She called the politicalisation of this issue sad because if it had already been carried out, they would have been at another stage. She said there is no possibility that the EU will change the criteria and that demarcation remains the criterion for liberalisation.
