These days I have been asked a lot about my position as director of the Commission for Legislation, in relation to the allegations raised about the jurisdictional exam by Chief Prosecutor Alexander Lumez.
Now it's been turned in order that people with problems and irregularities get elected to higher positions with the sole aim of being for any blackmailed case. What we're seeing is actually a threat to future blackmail.
Strangely enough, this data is never detected by responsible organs when selected as the case of the chief prosecutor. They can only arise when someone is trampled into a callous or is affected by the area of power.
So we're finishing up with a former constitutional chairman and representatives on the Venice Commission that has misused translation tenders and a chief prosecutor allegedly in violation of the education documents. It's not coincidence, it's blackmail organization.
Without wanting to prejudge the truth, the least chief state prosecutor Alexander Lumez would have to do is suspend his post because this could present interference in the investigative process.
