Police in Gjakova arrest eight wanted by court orders

Eight people wanted on justice regulations have been arrested by Kosovo Police in the Gjakova region during the period 14 and 22 July of this year.
According to a Kosovo Police report, arrests have been carried out under commitments to locate and prevent wanted persons, with the aim of executing decisions by competent courts.
Police have announced that four of those arrested have been sent to serve the prison sentence.
It's about: F.S., sentenced to two years in prison for criminal work “Bler, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotropic and analogic substances <x4Blery, S.J., sentenced to three months in prison for the criminal work “Dhanja in the family”, K.I., sentenced to 15 days in prison for criminal work <x4Bler, possession, distribution, and unauthorized distribution of narcotics, psychotrotrologic and anolog>, L.A., sentenced to 43 days of imprisonment <x>
While four other persons who were on the run have been released after carrying out the fines pronounced by competent courts.
Kosovo police have stressed that the Regional Directorate in Gjakova will continue implementing arrest warrants and localising wanted persons.
“The Regional Director of Police in Gjakova continues to remain engaged in executing warrants and letters, strengthening citizens' trust in rule and justice institutions”, the Kosovo Police report said.
