Police apprehend Kosovo smuggling four foreigners into Vmica

Kosovo police have initiated a new case of alleged smuggling by migrants at the Vremica border point on Thursday, a day after two Somalian citizens who allegedly entered Kosovo met in the same area.
Order forces suggested that around 0830 Thursday, a vehicle with local license plates was stopped, which was run by a Kosovar.
During the search within the police found four people, foreign citizens.
The competent prosecutor, who has authorised the initiative of the criminal case for “Kontrabands with migrants”, has been reported, while investigations are under way.
Just a day earlier, near the old Kosovo border checkpoint, police had encountered two Somalian citizens who claimed to have crossed the border illegally from Albania to Kosovo. According to initial suspicions, they had been smuggled to the vicinity of the border by others. For that case the prosecutor was also announced, and investigations continue.
