(a day ago)Following heavy rainfall and the storm that has engulfed Kosovo, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has announced that maintenance teams are in a state of readiness and are reacting quickly and responsibly.
According to the announcement, at the entrance of the Shtrepca (R115), trees have collapsed as a result of the storm, causing damage to several vehicles as well. The ministry says maintenance teams have immediately interviewed for removing trees and cleaning the road, Periscopi broadcasts.
The announcement stresses that after the team's intervention in the field, the road has been cleared and is currently circulated.
“We are staying alert and working with all institutions responsible for the best management of the situations we are facing. We call on citizens to take increased care and, during warnings of heavy rainfall or storms, to avoid unnecessary traffic on the road and to adapt to climate conditions”, the announcement says.
