(an hour ago)The upcoming trial hearing will be held during the next day in the case of Kosovo Police Secretary Muhamet Lika's assassination.
The trial will be held starting at 0900 at the Foundation Court in Ferizaj.
On January 9th of this year's Constitutional Prosecutorship in Ferizaj, the Randa Crime Department, had filed charges against six defendants in the case of police official Muhamed Lika's murder in Kacanik.
The defendants with the initials H. B, R.M., V. C, E. L, S.K. and D.G. are charged that, in co-ordination, on April 1, 2025 around 1100, they have deprived Sergeant Muhamet Lika of life with firearms, acting with preliminary preparations and including a minor.
The prosecution has proposed that, after judicial review and trial management, the defendants be found guilty and sentenced by law. Also, the detention measure is required to continue until the completion of the judicial process.
