There is criminal procedure for mailkeepers with calls against Albanians in Krushevc

The High Public Prosecutor in Krushevc, in central Serbia, has found that there are no elements for the start of the criminal procedure according to the official duty regarding the posters with the inscription: “Remember Gazimestan, don't buy from Albanians”.

This poster appeared in early July near a bakery in this town in Serbia, whose owner is Albanian.

As reported in this prosecution's response to Radio Free Europe, police in Krushevc inspected the bread ovens and surrounding areas in Krushevc, which were known to be owned by Albanians.

“During this action was found that on a stake, near a T.I.-owned bakery. From Krushevci, an tape attached to the inscription: Remember Gazimestan, don't buy from Albanians. Police Police Directorate in Krushevc conducted a conversation with T.I. After reviewing the collected information, the High Public Prosecutor in Krushevc concluded that there are no elements for the start of the criminal procedure for any work being followed according to official task”, it says in response REL on 21 July, broadcasts Periscope.

The town of Krushevci, in central Serbia, had earlier condemned any form of calling for discrimination, spreading hatred and promoting divisions among people, in terms of unsuitable and discriminated against position, placed in a public space by an unknown person.

Local authorities have called on competent state bodies to take all necessary measures to reveal the author as soon as possible, to clarify all the circumstances in this case and to illuminate the motives of such an action.

Kosovo police, on June 28th, during Vidovdan's marking in Gazimestan near Pristina, detained 37 people, while 36 of them were prosecuted before the court. Most were citizens of Serbia and countries of the region.
