(an hour ago)The Kosovo Embassy in Croatia has announced that in 23.07. 2026, in Croatia's Slavonski Brod, the plaque discovery ceremony will be held dedicated to victims who lost their lives in the tragic road crash, which took place with 25.07,2021.
The ceremony is expected to begin at 10:30.
According to the announcement, the ceremony will be held in honour and constant memory to victims of this tragedy, while simultaneously conveying the message of respect, solidarity and institutional memory.
A delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo, representatives of the city's local authorities of Slavonski Brod, as well as representatives of the Brod-Possavia Prefectate, along with representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in the Republic of Croatia”, is said in the statement.
The morning of July 25th 2021, a tragic accident claimed the lives of 10 Kosovars in Croatia's Slavonski Brod.
A bus that was carrying about 60 people from Frankfurt, Germany, to Kosovo, got off the road, where more than 30 other people were injured besides the dead.
The driver of the Kosovo company, Deva Toursı, who said in front of the Croatian police, was arrested for the accident that for a moment he was asleep.
