Five prosecutors, 15 Serb staff members withdraw resignations at Mitrovica Prosecution

Five prosecutors and 15 support officials and staff of the Serbian community have withdrawn previously warned resignations in the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Mitrovica.
Kosovo Prosecutorial Council Chairman (KPK) Arian Gashi has indicated that the institution has accepted about 20 reports of withdrawals.
“The KKP has recently accepted several e-mails (about 20 Sosh) to the official address of the KKP leader by prosecutors and supporters of the Serbian Constitutional Prosecutor's Community in Mitrovica, with which the leader has been informed about their reports of the withdrawals of the resignations previously warned”, Gashi has declared for <x2Bendering for Justice<3>.
According to the list secured, resignations have drawn prosecutors Jagodinska Nikolic, Radica Miliić, Natasa Radović, Danijela Batkoviić and Bogdan Spadier.
While administrative staff and supporters have withdrawn Dejan Delibašić, Milica Smigiić, Aleksandar Markoviić, Radica Boovinaovic, Suzana Brajković, Saša Trpkoviić, Dejan Hrkalovović, Dejan Stojsavljevijić, Draginja Sofroniyević, Aleksandar Miletic, Petar Jeremiić, Danijela Azeri, Biljana Pelević, Milenko Radenko and Gordana Mitrovice.
The KKP has announced that this issue will be discussed and addressed at one of the Council's upcoming meetings.
