Weber: Government Kurti is trying to bring state under control, we'll see elections again

There is currently a government trying to bring the state under control, and therefore the country is heading towards the election cycle after the election, so the recognition of political issues in the Western Balkans by the Council for Democratic Policy (DPC), Bodo Weber, has indicated.
According to him, such a situation has been promoted by very aggressive rhetoric, which has further deepened political divisions.
“We have a government that rules in a relatively authoritarian manner and is trying to bring the state under its control”, he said of the German medium Frankfurter Rundschau.
Weber predicts the worst scenario, saying there may be continuing institutional crisis and political blockade.
We will see new elections again and the same cycle will be”.
Meanwhile, he stresses that the collapse of reports between Kurti and former President Vjosa Osmani occurred after Osmani, according to him, has been well placed in the international arena, including through the Peace Board initiated by US President Donald Trump.
From his point of view, Osman may have tried to strengthen relations with Trump to secure a second mandate.
In Kurt's government, this has caused jealousy and tension”.
Weber estimates that, although Osmani is seen as a potential partner for the coalition, such a thing remains the highly impossible “” following the last elections.
