U.S. gas Hasani: Kurti Sée agrees to enable theft in the energy sector

International Law Professor Enver Hasani has declared he is skeptical that Prime Minister Albin Kurti will accept the American Gas Project, claiming that after his opposition, interests related to the energy sector are hidden.

On the Rubikon show in Klan Kosova, Hasani said the orientation of the United States of America to support the energy independence of its allies and partners is a long-term strategy, which is not only related to the current American administration.

Kurti's “Declaration is a strategic reorient of the US and I am convinced that this dimension of the energy independence of the US allies and partners will be constant in the future, when the Trump” administration is not, Hasani said.

According to him, this policy aims to counter the influence of Russia and China in the energy sector, while adding that in Kosovo there are interest groups that benefit from current energy dependence.

I am skeptical that Kurti accepts American gas, because those who lobbie to maintain this energy dependence on Kosovo have endless fields for stealing and eating. Because evidence of power theft is distributed in unconventional countries with which you can't have legal co-operation for years to combat transnational crime. I believe that's the main reason, the facts are. Without question. One billion more are, all scandals and irresponsible spending of public money in all the countries around Kosovo, including Serbia, have gone to 200-300 million and billions of never to”, he said.

Hasani claimed financial damages in the energy sector have reached enormous proportions and demanded clarification from Kurti regarding his attitudes towards energy projects.

“Kurti owes money to Kosovo citizens with the market, as he had shown when he was in opposition, why doesn't the Contour Global” project, Hasani said.
