(5 hours ago)German MP Boris Mijatovic from the “Gebrit” has spoken in Bundestag for developments in Kosovo, praising the election process as fair and seeking greater support for Kosovo's membership in the Council of Europe.
Commenting on the recent elections in Kosovo, he said the <x0 selections were right, free and without incident”.
Mijatovic also stopped at his decision NATO for reducing the presence of KFOR troops in Kosovo.
The quality in many cases is deceptive”, he declared.
As an example, the German MP cited the 2023 Banjsca attack, one of the worst security incidents in northern Kosovo.
We should seriously ask who is friend and who is enemy and what subtle means operate”, Mijatovic said, DW reported.
He also recalled that Milan Radojicic continues to be at large and called for his arrest.
At the end of his speech, Mijatovic urged the German government to strongly engage in Kosovo's membership in the Council of Europe.
