Trump's going to participate in the U.S. World opening match, the delegation leads Rubio

US President Donald Trump will not be present at the U.S. World Cup anti Paraguay opening match, which will be played Friday in Los Angeles.
The news is made known by sources who recognise the travel plan, which have sought to remain anonymous.
Instead of Trump, the official US delegation will be headed by State Secretary Marco Rubio, according to the State Department's announcement.
Trump's absence is considered significant, since the US is one of the organisers of this major sports event. Meanwhile, Paraguay President Santiago Peña has confirmed he will be present at the match.
According to American media, Trump's decision comes at a time when the US administration is facing diplomatic and organisational challenges related to the tournament, including visa issues for several participating delegations.
Trump has often promoted the World Cup and the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles as important international events during his presidency.
Meanwhile, Paraguay's president is expected to arrive in Los Angeles on Thursday for a four-day visit, where part of the agenda is also attending Friday's match. / Periscope/
