Valon Ademi has banned access to Vlora airport, Pacolli reacts: Why is the law not operating?

Behgjet Pacolli has again reacted to blocking the entrance to the site, this time with heavy tonnage trucks, by order of his partner at Vlora airport, Valon Ademi.
Referring to the Supreme Court's decision, which gave him the right to manage airport operations, Pacolli writes that in Albania the law is not functioning and the state is not taking measures to implement court decisions.
Behgjet Pacolli's response
Criminal groups have still blocked access to Vlora Airport, where Mabco has invested over 310m euros!
APELOJEM T And I'm not going to leave you alone. HELL.
It's not a matter of conflict, it's a deeper issue!
Is KIM blocking a legitimate activity with private guards, heavy tools, and self - righteousness?
If so, why is no one acting?
If everyone in this country can take some private guards, block entrances, prevent the implementation of judicial decisions and enforce its will by force, then are we living in the Republic of Albania or the Republic of Private Guard?
What role do private guards have in this country?
How is it possible for a private company to decide who enters and who does not enter a site despite the decisions of the Orthodox Assembly, despite Supreme Court rulings and despite demands of state institutions?
How can a private security company physically block access to a strategic national asset and no one is held accountable?
If any company in Albania can take some private guards, put trucks in the entrance and declare itself above the law, then:
• What do we need courts for?
• What do we need institutions for?
• What do we need the State for?
Today we are no longer discussing a business conflict.
Today we are discussing the existence of the rule of law. The authority of the state has been questioned today. Today, the fundamental question is, Are the decisions of the Supreme Court applied in the Republic of Albania, or not?
Because if a court-cut decision can be blocked by a group of people with trucks and private guards, then the problem is no longer Vlora Airport.
The problem is the rule of law itself.
For months, Mabco has been facing constant and unacceptable obstacles. For weeks we've been watching vandalism, jams, property damage and obstruction of the work.
Today, we are seeing open disregard for the law in front of everyone, as well as deprivation of the right to action and movement.
Where are the institutions that should answer citizens?
This is no longer a matter of Mabco or 2A.
This is a matter that affects every citizen.
Who in this country does?
The Trade Law?
Supreme Court decisions?
Or private guards?
