Switzerland heads towards US without main attacker, problems with documentation

Swiss representative Breel Embolo has been unable to travel together with the team to the United States, due to problems with electronic travel authorization (ESTA).

According to reports by the Swiss media, Embolo was pre-priced to leave Tuesday afternoon along with the rest of the nationals, but administrative difficulties with the necessary US accession documentation temporarily prevented his trip.

The Swiss Football Federation has indicated that the situation is expected to be resolved quickly and that the footballer can join the team still during today or, in case of additional delays, during the next day.
