SPAK blocks foreign investor transaction in Zvrinec, Rama: Investment doesn't stop as long as I am.

Prime Minister Edi Rama has encouraged SPAK for the ongoing investigation into the origin of property in Zvrinec, in which investment will be made.
During today's conference before journalists, Rama said that blocking the foreign investors' transaction towards the owners of this property is arbitrary.
He added further that as investigations follow the origin of property, investment will not be halted.
The SPAK's “This SPAK ( point to the SPAK investigation) has two parts: positive, belonging to SPAK, and ugly, which belongs to the self-adopted SPAK spokespersons. The positive part is that of investigating the origin of a fortune. It is very positive that SPAK will investigate the origin of this property. It's welcome and I encourage this investigation. The ugly part is that of self-inflicted spokespersons, who shared with half true public opinion, which are even the biggest lies, as investors who are today property owners, following all procedures that Albanian law provides, are investors with an undisputed reputation. Their financial resources, through which property owners have been charged because there are some, have been further verified by the Money Laundering Prevention Agency”, Rama said.
According to him, investors are in their right.
“The transaction block on the part of the authorities is arbitrary and negative. Blocking the money transfer to the owner he doubts is a fair question of the investigative body. I even consider this positive, because in this way investment continues with new and legitimate owners, while in the event the investigation highlights another origin of property, those who claim it may well receive this money. Thus, all parties are happy, except for the side that has deceived, if he has indeed misled the same investigation. There's no way the investment will stop as long as I'm here, while I'm open to discuss with anyone who has claims, but we need to clarify what the” claims are, Rama said among other things.
