How did the event turn out? From Lower Prekazi to Fushe Kosovo Home

Everything was allegedly started in the early morning hours of June 7, 2026, about 3:00. Suspect Plakqi had gone to the village of Lower Prekaz, where he had taken the minor overnight.

According to testimony from the girl's father, who has denounced the case in the police, the 25-year-old has sent his daughter to his apartment in Fushe Kosovo.

The suspect allegedly committed sexual acts with minors, thus consuming the criminal act of sexual rape.

He tried to get it back, but he fell into the police ambush in a taxi.

As if that were not enough, the suspect had planned to meet him and get his 15-year-old daughter back. On June 10, 2026, he was again heading towards it, but his plan was marred by the rapid intervention of police authorities.

About 00 a.m., police units stopped a civilian car with local license plates working as Taxi. Inside the cab was exactly the suspect Albin Plaquih. He has been locked up immediately by police officials and escorted to Skenderaj Police Station.

After the arrest, police have put all investigative mechanisms in motion. The parent (announcer) and the minor girl have been instructed to appear at the police station in the morning to give their statements to the Regional Investigation Unit.

The prosecution has ordered Albin Plakiqi's ban for 48 hours.
