(17 days ago)Kosovo police have arrested Milos Dimitrijevic and Ranko Zdravkovovic, under suspicion of criminal acts related to violating the integrity of the election process and exercising illegal influence on the right to vote on citizens, Kosova Prees agrees.
Milos Dimitrijevic is known as the former head of the so-called <x0).organ interim”, respectively, of the Serb parallel municipality in Pec.
He is a member of the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) and is considered one of the influential figures in the Serb community in the Pec municipality. Dimitrijevic is also the father of Darko Dimitrijevic, director of Radio Gorazdeci. According to Kosovo sources Press, Dimitrijevic has maintained close ties with political representatives in Serbia and Republika Srpska, including former Serbian Education Minister Branko Ruzpic, as well as current Minister Snezana Paunovic.
He has also attended meetings of community consulting mechanisms in the Pec municipality, though he has been consistently identified as a supporter of Serb parallel structures. Meanwhile, Ranko Zdravkovovic is former member of the Peja parallel municipality management board and SPS head for the Pec municipality. Currently, it exercises the function of a member of the Local Community Security Council (KLSB) in Gorazdec.
