Netanyah completes testimony in corruption trial after 98 sessions

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has testified for the last time in the trial against him, concluding questioning and questioning at 98 hearings related to the three corruption cases he is being tried for.
The first day of Netanyah's testimony was on December 10, 2024, but the process was repeatedly postponed due to health problems, diplomatic trips abroad, and numerous demands for cancellation or cutting hearings due to urgent security issues and diplomacy requiring the prime minister's attention.

Netanyahu is charged with three acts of fraud and abuse of trust in cases 1,000, 2000 and 4,000, as well as one count of bribery in the form of positive media coverage on the matter 4,000.
The trial is expected to continue for another few months, while the remaining witnesses will give their testimony.
The hearings for Netanyah's testimony were held at the Tel Aviv District Court, since the District Court in Jerusalem did not have sufficient security for the prime minister. The process will now be restored to Jerusalem. /Periscope/
