LDK member in Lipjan: The request for Obadiah's resignation came from civil activists, Imri Ahmeti offered it but was refused

Armend Grejqevci from the Kosovo Democratic League branch in Lipjan has reacted to developments in this party, saying that, the demand for resignation to Lumir Abdjiku has not come from these members or mayors, but from activists and citizens whose voice has been conveyed through this structure.
Grejqevci, in his post, stressed that Imri Ahmeti has resigned from the post of secretary general and has refused to be part of Central Headship, taking responsibility for the outcome of the December 2025 elections, and that the same one at yesterday's meeting of the Chiefs and sub-designs has also offered the possibility of resigning from the branch chairman's position, but was unanimously rejected with the insistence of the attendees.
As a reflection of the election result, Branch Headship unanimously praised that reflection is needed on all organisational levels of the LDK, Gajqevci said among other things.
Posting:
Dear friends, as a member of the LDK branch leadership in Lipjan, I feel an obligation to clarify this situation.
As a party based on democracy, the outcome of the June 7th elections was discussed at the branch leadership and undersea chair. Requesting Mr. Lumir Abdixhiku has not come from these members or heads of the submarine, but from activists and citizens whose voice has been conveyed through this structure.
Chairman Imri Ahmeti, as you know, has resigned from the post of secretary general and refused to be part of Central Headship, taking responsibility for the December 2025 election outcome. And at yesterday's meeting of the Chiefs and Heads of the submarines, he also offered the possibility of resigning from the position of branch chairman, but this was unanimously rejected with the insistence of those present.
As a reflection on the election result, Branch Headship unanimously praised that reflection is needed on all organisational levels of the LDK.
So this old house of democracy respects the activist's word and the word of its traditional voters. Respect him, too.
