Two combat shells, left at the bottom of the sea in the Gulf of Porto-Palermos, were surfaced today, during an operation carried out by the Pohljman military base divers, in the presence of Nazi experts, Marine Forces, civil emergencies, and Himara municipality.
Although deep in considerable water for more than 80 years, they are still considered potentially dangerous if activated.
The shells, after being unearthed, were taken by army experts to be destroyed in security conditions. /abcnewsal
