Haxhiu files complaints in PZAP, calls for full recounting of the PDK) candidates' votes: The process has deformities

Bekim Haxhiu, from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, has announced that he has filed complaints with the Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtre, calling for the full recount of votes of the PDK MP candidates.
Haxhiu, in his post, has said that his request is based, not on assumptions or dissatisfaction with the result, but on facts confirmed by the very recount process conducted by the CEC.
The recount of only 185 polling, which includes about 3.52% of the PDK vote, proved there were errors in the initial count. Even in this limited sample, I have received six votes that had not been counted before. When the difference between the candidates is only 102 votes, each vote is important and any inaccuracies can directly affect the final result, Haxhiu wrote among others.

Today, I have filed complaints with the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtre (PZAP), demanding the full recount of the votes of candidates for deputy of the Democratic Party of Kosovo. This requirement is not based on assumptions or dissatisfaction with the outcome, but on facts confirmed by the process of recounting conducted by the CEC itself.
The recounting of only 185 pollings, including about 3.52% of the PDK vote, proved there were errors in the initial count. Even in this limited sample, I have received six votes that had not been counted before. When the difference between the candidates is only 102 votes, each vote matters and any inaccuracies can directly affect the final outcome.
That's why I wanted all the votes of the PDK candidates that are not included in the recount so far. Only a complete verification can ensure that parliamentary mandate meets the candidate who has gained the citizens' trust and that every vote is counted correctly.
Confidence in the election process is built on transparency, legality and respect for the will of citizens. I expect PZAP to review this complaint impartially and make a decision guaranteeing the integrity of the elections and protection of each vote.
More importantly, the speed of publishing the election result is its accuracy, that every voter vote is counted as is its will on June 7, 2026.
Given the past election process where I have identified and presented with facts manipulation of the election process on December 28, 2025, this process also has deformities, so I have filed a complaint at PZAP
