Opposition blocks folklore, twice hearings after tensions in Albania's Parliament

Tensions have been recorded in Albania's Parliament, this Thursday, where opposition MPs have blocked the speaker during the plenary session.
Tensions came after opposition leader Sali Berisha has demanded word after Taulant Balla, while the host, Niko Pelesi, has not given, what has brought reactions from opposition MPs and the speaker's impasse.
After opposition MPs refused to leave the speech, Niko Pelesi interrupted the session by 5 minutes, reports Euronews.al.
Even after the session was resumed, DP deputies continued to keep the speaker blocked, after demanding that they take word for the procedure, but the session director, Niko Pelesi, did not allow them.
He announced that it would be transferred to the starting point 3 of the agenda, where Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha would report on the eighth EU Intergovernmental Conference for the country's negotiation and integration process.
“Don't spoil the session at the wrong point, especially the wrong point. Allow the foreign minister to speak, it is an important point, there is public interest, citizens want to know the integration process”, Pelesh said.
Opposition calls were heard from the hall: “Apply the regulation, implement the procedure...”, while Pelesi stressed that the regulation was being implemented and that the word is not taken when requested outside the agenda.
The sentence is not taken when you want it, these are the regulation points, you cannot take the word under these” conditions, he said, urging the opposition to respect the procedure.
Afterwards, MP Flamur Noka accused the chief speaker of violating the regulation, while Pelesi responded with attention.
“
Peleish decided the end of the session for 15 minutes, stressing that “the area is not the gladiatorial arena”.
