Kalashnikov attack on bus in Malisheva, Prosecutor gives details

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has reportedly arrested a person suspected of initials S.M. over the case of the tin attack on a bus with travelers to the Pagan village of Malisheva.
With the State Attorney's decision, the suspected person with the S.M. initials. It has been detained for 48 hours, due to suspicion given that it committed serious attempted murder and possession, control or unauthorised possession of weapons, according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”, the Prosecutor's announcement said.
The State Prosecutor, within the legal deadline, will submit to the competent court the request for the appointment of the detention measure to the suspects.
