(12 days ago)Because indictee Naim Berisha's defender, lawyer Naim Rudari was committed to another session, Thursday's session at the Constitutional Court in Pristina for the double murder in Pristina's Kolovic on March 26th 2024.
In this case, along with Naim Berisha, Ahmet Berisha, Lum Halimaj and Kaltrim Gashi are charged, reports the “Justice Trust”.
The case judge, Allen Murseli, said the lawyer Rudari has a hearing at the Special Department, so he can't be present at this session.
The trial is being held in absentia against indictees Naim Berisha and Kaltrim Gashi, as the same are on the run.
According to the indictment, the armed parties clashed for revenge motives linked to the narcotics trade, causing other serious injuries. The defendants are charged with criminal work “grave murder” in co-ordination, as well as “holding unauthorized weapons”. Naim Berisha and Kaltrim Gashi are still on the run. / Periscope/.
