(2 hours ago)The Foundation Court in Ferizaj has approved the request of the Basic Prosecutor in Ferizaj, assigning the detention measure to 30 days' length, Arjeta Roshaj, suspected of killing Ferizaj on 28 June 2026.
Under the decision, the suspect's detention measure could last until July 29th, 2026.
The move was imposed after holding the hearing before the judge of the preliminary procedure.
In contrast, according to the prosecution's request for the detention granted by “Justice Trust”, it is said that on June 28, 2026, about 22:40, in Ferizaj, the “Seydi Sejdiu” street, respectively, at the residential facility, rented by the father of the defendant M.B., the defendant has now deprived of life of the late FH.
According to the request, the deceased had now gone to the shelter in which the defendant was in, and during his stay in the apartment, after a dispute and physical fighting between them, the defendant takes the weapon of fire from now on and shoots the deceased once in his direction, causing fatal wounds, as a result of which he changed lives in the country
With these actions, she allegedly committed criminal work “murder” by Article 172 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. /Periscopi/
