Chicken for tear-off ballot: Sentences From 1 to 3 Years in Prison

National Election Co-ordinator Laura Pula has declared that the election process has so far developed largely without serious incidents.
In a direct link to TV Dukagjin, Pula said some persons have been detained after suspected of annihilation of balloting, acts that constitute criminal acts against voting rights and sentenced to imprisonment of one to three years, Periscope broadcasts.
So far we have several minor incidents that have been recorded and recorded, there are largely some annihilation of ballotation by certain persons who are now banned and contained. At the same time, we also have several minor incidents that have been reported, but by investigators and the prosecutor did not prove there are elements of any criminal act”, she has stated.
She announced that several more incidents were reported, but following verifications by investigators and prosecutors has not been found that they contain elements of criminal work.
Pula added that about 100 prosecutors have committed themselves to monitoring the election process, stressing that this number is part of ordinary organisation and does not relate to any particular situation.
