CEC shows when vote count ends from diaspora

The Central Election Commission is expected to wrap up during mid-week the process of counting all ballot ballots by post.
So has CEC spokesman Valmir Elez, for Kosova Prees, made it known, in which, after the end of this process, the counting of ballots from conditional voting and of votes of persons with special needs will begin.
Finally, after completing all these numbers, the CEC will develop a recount of up to 10 percent of the regular locations whose ballots have been counted earlier in the Municipal Counting Centers.
“over the two days of the weekend, 80 out of 223 voting boxes have been counted, where the supposed ballot packages from the post office voting outside Kosovo are arranged. It's 36 percent of these boxes, and according to this progress, we're aiming at counting all ballots through post office to be closed in midweek. In general, out of 85 thousand and 790 packages pulled out of 23 mailboxes will include 82,000 and 809 alleged ballot packages. Only after the envelope is opened by the counting teams will it be known precisely whether within the envelope is the ballot and if it is valid. At the same time, not two thousand and 981 envelopes will be included, which have been rejected because they have not passed the verification, since most of them did not have the registration report, a document each registered voter accepts from the CEC and proves that the package was sent by registered voter”, Elez said.
According to him, until the count of these ballotings is complete, the CEC will prepare for bail and persons with special needs.
With the completion of the count of all ballots, the CEC will not proceed with the announcement of final election results.
Before the end of the process, the CEC will decide on the recount of up to 10 per cent of the regular deployments, whose ballots have been counted in advance at 38 Municipal Counting Centres.
The CEC has taken other measures for more security in the voting counting process. At each counting table, which consists of four members, are set up by two monitors, one by one in the previous elections. This has been done in order for everyone to look on the screen to count ballot and identify the results in the system.
