The Central Election Commission has accredited the second group of observers for the June 7th elections.
In the CEC's announcement, it adds that accredited observers represent 15 political subjects; 8 Local NGOs; 3 international organisations; 26 local media; 16 international media; 4 diplomatic representation.

The CEC made the decision to discredit the second group with 15,788 observers on monitoring early elections for the Kosovo Republic Assembly, which will be held 7 June. At last meeting, the CEC accredited the first group of 761 observers, who represent 5 Local NGOs; 1 international organisation; 13 local media; 7 international media; 2 diplomatic representation and 1 local institution.
Following decisions from the 60th CEC meeting, the total number of accredited observers on monitoring early elections for the Kosovo Assembly, which will be held on June 7th 2026, is 16,549 parties.
Accredited observers represent:
• 15 political subjects -- 14,931 observers;
• 13 Local NGO 796 observer;
• 4 international organizations HINA 130 observers;
• 39 local media HINA 457 observers;
• 23 international media ʹ 78 observers;
• 6 diplomatic representation ʹ90 observers; and
• 1 local institution HINA 67 observers.
Also, the CEC backed the recommendation for refusing accreditation for Radioʹtelevisa Vojvodina. During the review and assessment of the documentation presented by this media, the Office has concluded that the organisation in question was presented and applied as local media. However, following the verification of official documentation and data, it has been found that the same doesn't figure recorded as the media within the Independent Media Commission (KPM) and not at the Kosovo Media Council ( KMSK. As a result, its status as local media has not been confirmed through relevant official records. Also in the address book dedicated to loading the certificate, it has loaded the identification folder (ID) of the media home and not the relevant registration certificate, as required under application documentation.
