Amid applause, police killed in Maliq escorted to last residence

Enea Mekoli, unit police “Eagle”, killed the previous day during an operation to capture a many men in Maliq, was forwarded to the last residence amid tears and applause from colleagues, relatives and friends.

As it says Euronews, prayers for 34-year-olds were held between 10:00 and 12:00 at the Palace of Culture in Pogradec.

Family, relatives, colleagues, and representatives of State Police facilities attended the honour ceremony.
