(24 days ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has filed charges against defendants F.G., and N.G., due to the suspicion that they have committed criminal work in co-ordination “qualifying the hashish plant, cocaine bush or cannabis plant”, while against N.G. Prescription has also been set up for criminal work “holds in ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
According to the indictment, by the date 09.10.2025 in Prizren, during a raid carried out by law enforcement agencies on the defendants' property have been found and seized cannabis plants, which were cultivated by defendants. According to forensic expertise, these plants have proved to contain cannabis-marihuas narcotics.
Also during the search, 19,900 euros have been found and seized, which have been benefited from illegal narcotics cultivation activity.
Also, the prosecution said that during the search of the defendant N.G.'s car, 65 rounds were found and seized, in opposition to the applicable law on weapons.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of the establishment of the indictment has proposed to the court that, after maintaining judicial review, management of their evidence and assessment, the defendants charged with criminal acts accused of being convicted and sentenced by law. /Periscope/
