(12 days ago)About 23 thousand students will be submitted to the Environment Test, held on June 26. Even this year this test will only be organised in one day, the heads of the Ministry of Education have announced. Educators appreciate that organizing this test because of its extraordinary importance requires proper preparation.
Even this school year, the Achievement Test will be organised on just one day, June 26, where some 23 thousand semimarants will be subjected. Division for Rating, Standard and Monitoring at the Ministry of Education, Fatmir Elez, in an answer to Radio Kosovo, provided details about the performance of this test.
“Test will be organised on 26 June, and students like the past few years will submit to the test in just one day. There will be four sets of subjects: Albanian, English, mathematics, IT, social science, history, geography, natural science, physics, chemistry, biology. The four groups have nearly 25 requests”, Elez said
Meanwhile, education connoisseurs are assessing that the organization of the Achievement Test is important for the students ' orientation for secondary schooling. Xhavit Rexhaj told Kosovo Radio that this test should not be cancelled as requested earlier, but that the way of implementation should be analysed.
This guy has a role, he has a student's orientation for higher education. If properly managed and his results are analyzed, this is extremely helpful. Therefore, instead of canceling, I think the proper way of implementation should be considered and then its regular implementation”, Rexaj said
The goal of the Achievement Test is to measure students' knowledge and skills, and at the same time, nine-graders will be served for enrollment in high schools./ Periscope.
