More than 100 prosecutors committed to protecting free vote in elections

The State Prosecutor has made all necessary preparations to ensure the protection of citizens' free vote and the integrity of the election process in early elections for the Kosovo Assembly, which will be held 7 June.
Through an announcement, the State Chief Prosecutor's Office has indicated that under election management commitments, over 100 prosecutors and prosecutorial system officials, who will be in custody throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo until the voting process is completed.
According to the announcement, the purpose of this commitment is to identify and prosecute any possible irregularities or violations that could occur during the election process.
“The State Prosecutor invites citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, all political subjects, institutions or various organisations to report to the relevant prosecutors, each case, in which they have doubts that voting is being misused or manipulated in any way, and by whoever is”, the report says. /Periscope/
