Voter registration outside Kosovo: Over 61 000 applications approved

Central Election Commission spokesman (KQZ) Valmir Elezi has indicated that the application period for voter registration outside Kosovo is continuing on May 6th and will be completed on May 17th 2026.

According to CEC data published on Wednesday, by May 13th at 10:00, 67,685 registration requirements have been accepted through the electronic platform, of which 61,500 have been approved, while 5,858 have been refused and 301 have still been considered.

From the approved applications, 14,566 citizens are registered to vote physically on diplomatic representation, 1,605 have chosen to send the ballot package to the CEC mailbox in Kosovo, while 45,329 will send the ballot package to the mailbox abroad.
