Ends training “Rangers” in Gjakova, certified around 46 Kosovo Police members

Today, intensive training “Rangers”, held at the Kosovo Security Force barracks in Gjakova, where members of the Kosovo Police and KSF soldiers have been working together for several weeks.
Members of Kosovo Police elite units, including, have participated in this training. NJNSH, NJRSH and NJMA close protection, while the programme has been held from 3 May to 26 May.
In this some 46 members of the Kosovo Police have been certified today after successful completion of all stages of training.
The “Rangers” programme is considered one of the most difficult and intensive training for security structures, as it includes advanced tactical exercises, physical challenges, long march, field survival and operational co-ordination.
During training, KSF police and soldiers have held joint exercises, boosting co-operation and readiness among security institutions in Kosovo.
At the graduation ceremony held today, participants who successfully passed all tests and phases of the program were equipped with certificates for completion of training “Rangers”.
