Rexha for the KPM decision on the media: Government and VV policy implementation for media printing

The head of the Kosovo Journalists' Association, Xhemajl Rexha, who is today closely following the KKP meeting, has announced that this institution has imposed a fine on T7 television worth 4 thousand euros.
Rexha says the reasoning of KPM leader Besnik Berisha is scandalous, saying that negative co-operation has been addressed in the emissions and that there has been a difference of fact and opinion.
If in the morning case, the KPM is intended here to discipline the media and correct their editorial policies, which is an unacceptable blow to media freedom and expression in Kosovo. And of course, implementing the policies of Government and Vetevendosje for media printing”, Rexha wrote.
Full response:
KPM has fined Tve1, T7 RTV Duggini. For all three, pre-conventional violations mainly relate to the February 2025 elections, political and similar advertising. In the case of T7, there has been a general sentence of 4 thousand euros, for a series of alleged violations, but President Berisha's reasoning is as scandalous as it is for Klan Kosovo. Among other things, he said (prefraration) that “in the emissions has been spoken with negative cootation, not becoming the difference between opinion and fact. And that's the best way to manipulate facts, making propaganda”. As in the morning, the KPM aims here to discipline the media and correct their editorial policies, which is an unacceptable blow to media freedom and expression in Kosovo. And of course, implementing the policies of Government and Vetevendosje for media printing.
