European heat wave: 5 victims in Italy within 24 hours

The World Health Organisation (OBSH) has indicated Tuesday that five deaths related to heat have been recorded in Italy within the last 24 hours.
Urging authorities to strengthen preventive measures across Europe, O regional director BSH for Europe, Hans Henry P. Kluj, said the current heat waves in Europe are “a preliminary test”, as emergency hospitals are being filled out and ambulance services are reporting record number of calls, Kankosova broadcast.tv.
He added that “Italia recorded five deaths within 24 hours”.
