What the US, Iran and Israel recently said about peace talks

Before the US carried out what it called “self-defense attacks on Iranian missile launch countries and ships in the early hours of local morning, officials from the US and Iran signaled that talks aimed at reaching a peace agreement are progressing.
While it is unclear whether the attacks will influence negotiations, CNN summed up what officials have said about their current status:
USA
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said today that talks on an agreement with Iran are being hampered by disagreements over the formation, telling reporters there are <x0->mmonos for a word, a sentence”.
Yesterday morning, US President Donald Trump said negotiations “are doing well”, but warned that military operations can resume unless an agreement is reached.
Iran
Iran's Foreign Ministry said yesterday that a <x0-scale understanding” has been reached with the US on many issues, but added that an agreement was not imminent.
However, the newly appointed leader of Iran's Supreme National Security Council pledged that “would have no withdrawal” in his country's fight against The United States and Israel.
Israel
An Israeli source told CNN yesterday that the Israeli Protection Forces are preparing to expand their operations in Lebanon, despite Iran's insistence that the country should be involved in any peace accord.
In a video published last night, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyah said Israel wants “intensifys its attacks” and does “t increase force” used against Iran's militant group Hezbollah.
