Heavy accident in Belgium, train crashes into school bus some dead people

Some people died after a train crash on a school bus in Buggenhout, Belgium, on Tuesday, according to Reuters reports.
Strong emergency service forces have rushed to the site of the accident, which occurred at approximately 8:15 a.m. at a road intersection.
The precise reasons remain under investigation, however, according to initial reports, the passage was closed at the time of the crash.
According to the railway management company, Infrabel, images of security cameras show that the barriers were down and the lights were red at the time of the incident.

The crash occurred about a mile from the Buggenhou train station. According to reports, the driver activated the emergency brake, but could not prevent the crash because the train had already begun the slowdown process.
However, there is damage to the railway infrastructure, as Infrabel's spokesman noted, “this is the last thing that comes to mind. Our thoughts are with the victims and their families”.
