Gruda has also said that a divided and tense Kosovo is only in Serbia's interest.

The scene in Skenderaj is no coincidence. It is a direct consequence of a poisonous climate that has been built for years by the ruling party through hate speech, public links, insults and lower provocations.
For years this has been the party policy of LVV, today, unfortunately, has become state politics.
When hatred is cultivated every day, when the opponent is treated as an enemy when any national, institutional, and human value is played, tension and confrontation become inevitable. This is a dangerous investment against Kosovo, against democracy and against our future.
A divided, tense and hateful Kosovo is only in Serbia's interest.
Violence should have no place in politics, ever. But one cannot equal a immediate response to a strategy that has been built for years to promote divisions, conflict and degradation of public life in Kosovo.
