Suhas Subramanyam from the ranks of Democrats cited the educational system and the uneven development of Albanians in Serbia as one of the major minority rights problems, while saying that the issue of passiveising addresses has also been discussed at meetings.

Albanian MP in Serbia's Parliament, Shaip Kamberi, has said the meeting with American congressers is of particular importance.

He has said that discrimination and double standards against Albanians in Serbia must end.
