The victim has been identified as DIA Ndoj, originally from Lezha Balldren, while the case has shocked family and community she lived in.

According to preliminary information, the event is suspected to have occurred within a personal relationship, while the alleged author is a 46-year-old from Kosovo, who has been arrested by Montenegrin authorities shortly after the crime.

After the murder, he allegedly set the joint residence on Hill fire, further adding to the significance of the event.

The victim's family have travelled to Montenegro for the respective procedures, while the mortore ceremony is expected to take place in its native Lezha.
