18 Property Worth 1m Euros raised in Prizren, which was loaded in terns

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has requested the court's appointment of a 30-day detention measure against indictees E.J., which is under ban for 48 hours, due to the suspicion given that he committed criminal work “The use of official position or authority”.


According to the request, E.J., in the quality of the official person as a licensed mediator, using his duty and authority has exceeded his competencies, compiled documents and intermediation agreements, and through these actions has benefited either himself or the other person, causing considerable damage to him.

“Invention has revealed that suspects used documents and extinguishing procedures to mediate the cadastral properties of a deceased person who had passed away decades earlier. Through these actions, the properties of 18 land parcels have been changed in the village of Lokavica, Prizren municipality, worth about 1,000 euros, causing material damage to legal owners.

Investigations are also under way against suspects V.Z., which is on the run because of “actions. Counterfeit document” from Article 390 and “Legalisation of false content” by Article 395 of KPRK. V.Z. It is suspected that by counterfeiting public documents and co-ordinating with E.J., it has linked intermediation agreements through which it carried 18 cadastral trains in its name. In the same case, investigations are under way against suspects A.G., due to criminal acts “The use of official position or authority” by Article 414 according to the KPRK. ”

In connection with the case, money has been seized in the amount of 14,600 euros, telephones and relevant documents, while the warrant has been issued for the provisional freeze of 18 inconsistencies to ensure property status by the completion of the investigative procedure.

The prosecution's move comes after a several-month investigation conducted in co-operation with the Kosovo Police - Economic Crimes and Corruption Investigation Directorate, in connection with the “Pronat case in Prizren”.
