June 7th elections, CEC pending completion of deadline for complaints before certificate

Although the electoral process in Kosovo is approaching completion and the certificate of results is expected, the Central Election Commission (KQZ) has stressed that it is awaiting completion of the deadline for submitting complaints.
That is what CEC spokesman Valmir Elez made it known about Telegrafi, in a statement on Telegrafi.
He has stressed that the deadline for complaints concluded today (Monday 29, 2026) at 12: 00 p.m.
If there are no complaints, the CEC is ready to proceed with the certificate of final results and the conclusion of the election process in this part. And in case there is a complaint. The CEC will host the decision-making of PZAP and the Supreme Court, implement their decisions if they are entitled to the CEC's commitment and then can proceed with the Certificate of the results of the June 7th” elections, Elez has declared.
According to the CEC, the certificate process will continue depending on the development of complaints procedures in relevant institutions.
The Central Election Commission has announced on Saturday the final results of the June 7th elections, after the Supreme Court has previously rejected the complaints of the two Democratic Party of Kosovo MPs' candidates, demanding the re-counting of candidates from the ranks of the party.
The announcement of the final result has voted all members of the CEC present at the meeting.
Based on it, the distribution of the seating in the Assembly remains the same, as it is calculated by the result of even the vote count of citizens living outside Kosovo.
The Vetevendosje movement has won 47.13 per cent of the vote, securing 53 seats in the Parliament, Democratic Party 19.44 per cent, respectively, 22 seats -- Democratic League 16.69 per cent, respectively, while the Alliance has provided it with a 6.74 per cent seat in the Parliament.
