Parliament elects Union Hyseni member of Kosovo Judiciary Council

The Kosovo Assembly has completed the voting process for the election of one of the members of the Kosovo Judiciary Council from the ranks of the Albanian community.
109 MPs participated in the vote, while two ballots proved invalid.
Of the candidates proposed by the Commission for Legislation, the Hyseni Union has received the largest support by 95 votes, being elected to that position.
Meanwhile, the other candidate, Ilire Vitija-Bajraktari, has received 7 votes.
The Commission for Legislation had nominated these two candidates after the evaluation process, where Hyseni was ranked first with 100 points, while the second year-Bajaktari was 98 points.
