Croatia's Zara protest calls for justice for former KLA leaders

Numerous Albanians have gathered in Croatia's Zara in a protest in support of former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders.
Like past times, even in this protest justice has been sought in the judicial process under way in The Hague Specialised Chambers towards Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.
The chairman of the KLA War Veterans Organisation Hysni Gucati, who said the rally was organised to oppose, according to him, injustices against former KLA members.
We have this protest in Zara, for injustice, freedom for the Saviors, on Kosovo's Liberation Army. Glory to the martyrs of the nation”, Gucati declared.
During the protest, participants constantly cheered “U n D K, KLA”, while wearing red flags and expressing support for former war leaders.
That door comes after the court's court in the Specialised Chambers has set September 16th, at 10:00th, as the date for declaring the trial in the court case against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.
According to the court's ruling, the date of the plea has been postponed because of the large volume of evidence administered during the judicial process.
In addition to Pristina, similar protests have been held in Albania, Northern Macedonia and The Hague.
