Protest in Zara: Freedom for Deliverers Requested in Croatia

War veterans, disabled, family of martyrs and citizens from different countries have protested in Zara, Croatia, in support of former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders.
Protesters have travelled from several European states, arriving in cars and buses, while turnout has been high by the Albanian diaspora.
Attendees have waved KLA and US flags, singing patriotic songs and giving speeches in support of their demands.
Protest organiser Esad Colaku, chairman of the Union of Veterans Albanians in Croatia, has addressed a call for unity, even criticising the government in Pristina.
Meanwhile, some of the participants have stressed that the purity of the war should be finally confirmed by the Special Court on September 16th.
Similar protests have been held in several other states, with large participation of Albanians from the diaspora. Periscope.
